My name is Jason Buehrer and before I started writing about fandom I spent my time working as a box office manager, and theater administrator for theater companies in Chicago, Kansas City, and Portland, Or. I currently live in Portland, Oregon with my wife and a fat middle aged cat.
I studied writing at the University of Iowa and graduated in 2015 with BA in Theatre Studies and a Undergraduate Certificate in Writing. I also have a BFA in Theater Management from DePaul University, Theatre School in Chicago IL.
